Konsultacije:
Vesna Blagojević je rođena u Beogradu, gde je završila osnovnu školu i Matematičku gimnaziju. Na Elektrotehničkom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, diplomirala je na smeru Telekomunikacije 2001. godine. Završila je postdiplomske studije na Elektrotehničkom fakultetu u Beogradu, smer Telekomunikacije. Magistarsku tezu pod naslovom „Modeli nisko-naponskih elektrodistributivnih vodova kao kanala za prenos telekomunikacionih signala“ odbranila je 2007. godine. Doktorsku disertaciju „Optimizacija kognitivnih sistema sa kontrolisanim nivoom interferencije primenom višeantenskih tehnika sa adaptivnom kontrolom snage“ odbranila je 2014. godine na Elektrotehničkom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Zaposlena je na Elektrotehničkom fakultetu na Katedri za telekomunikacije od 2003. godine kao asistent pripravnik, zatim kao asistent od 2007. godine.U zvanje docent izabrana je 2015. godine.
Vesna Blagojević je bila recenzent većeg broja radova za međunarodne časopise iz oblasti telekomunikacija (IEEE Communication Letters, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, Electronics Letters, ETRI Journal, Physical Communications, Telfor Journal). Član je međunarodnog udruženja IEEE.
Govori enegleski i španski jezik. Udata je i majka dvoje dece.
